Hawk set the standard for everything I expect a Belgian Tervuren should be. He was intuitive, scary smart, drivey, and funny, all in one dog. He possessed the traditional traits of protectiveness and herding ability and would retrieve until your arm came off if we let him. He helped raise my son and was an exemplary family dog. He was my best demo dog, especially with dog reactive dogs and young puppies. He was my rock when my husband passed. He has passed these traits onto his offspring and they too exhibit strong work ethic while being their owners favorite family members. We are so thankful to still have his progeny in our lives.
